To access any of our services you must be 18 years of age or older.

A 20-minute telephone assessment will take place to explore the reason you wish to access counselling/therapy and to check your suitability.

 

We will discuss if you would like to access face-to-face therapy or telephone/online.

​

If you are suitable for therapy an agreement will be sent to you, and we will confirm the date and time of your first session. 

​

In your first session we will review the counselling agreement and agree your goal/s for therapy. 

 

Fee & Session Structure 

​

Sessions typically last 50-minutes and are £70.00 each.

​

• Most people benefit from weekly sessions

• Payment is in advance of the session

• Reduced fees are available for students of counselling courses

​

If you are unable to attend a session, please provide as much notice as possible. 

​

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session start time incur a £35.00 session fee, and the full fee is payable if you cancel within 24 hours.  

 

Psychosexual Therapy:

60-minute session - £70.00

90-minute session - £100.00​​
